Charitable Remainder Trusts

Charitable Remainder Trust is a living trust – you enjoy tax benefits
during your lifetime. By placing cash, securities or real estate property
in trust, you receive a regular income from the trust and a tax receipt
for the present value of the remainder interest, within the year of your gift.
